1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by Walkingzhou Luxury Travel, with services provided through WORLD CLASS TRAVEL (CHONG QING) LLC. Privacy questions may be sent to zhou@walkingzhou.com.

2. Website analytics

The website currently uses Baidu Analytics to understand page visits, sources, devices and approximate regions. The service may process page URLs, referring pages, browser or device information, network information and cookies or similar identifiers, subject to Baidu Analytics’ own terms and privacy information.

We use this information to monitor availability, understand which pages are useful and improve the experience. It is not used to publicly identify individual clients.

3. Travel brief form

The Start Planning page does not save the information you enter to Walkingzhou’s website server. The page creates an email or WhatsApp draft on your device. The contents are provided to the relevant communications service and sent to Walkingzhou only after you choose to send them.

4. Enquiries and travel-service information

When you contact or engage us, we may handle names, contact details, party relationships, dates, destinations, preferences, budget, dietary, health or accessibility requirements, and the identity and payment information necessary to complete bookings.

Sensitive information should be provided only when necessary and through a method agreed with us. Please do not include full passport, card or other unnecessary sensitive details in an initial public enquiry.

5. Sharing with hotels and suppliers

To enquire, book and deliver services, we share necessary information on a need-to-know basis with hotels, airlines, licensed private-aircraft operators or brokers, cruise or camp operators, ground providers and other relevant suppliers. International travel normally requires information to be transferred to the destination country or region.

6. Retention, security and discretion

Information is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver travel, resolve accounting or disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell client personal information or publicly use names, photographs, stay records or identifiable itineraries to promote our services.

No electronic communication or cross-border transfer can be guaranteed completely secure, so we seek to limit unnecessary collection and onward sharing.

7. Your choices

You may contact zhou@walkingzhou.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of information held directly by Walkingzhou. Some records may need to be retained because of completed bookings, supplier records, financial or legal obligations.

8. Third-party services and updates

Email, WhatsApp, Baidu Analytics, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and external suppliers process information under their own terms. This notice may be updated as website tools or business processes change; the revision date will be shown on this page.
